El 18 de enero de 2010 se cumple el primer aniversario del fin del bombardeo de Israel sobre Gaza; ataque que duró desde el 27 de diciembre de 2008 hasta el 18 de enero de 2009 y que terminó con la vida de 1.412 palestinos. El documental To shoot an elephant (TSAE) narra, desde el interior de la Franja de Gaza, lo ocurrido durante aquellos días. Convertido en narración directa y privilegiada de los bombardeos quiere ser herramienta para hacer frente a la propaganda israelí y al silencio internacional.

In Argentina, the film "To Shoot an Elephant" was seen by hundreds of people in Neuquen, Tucuman and Buenos Aires. In Argentina's capital, a call was launched by the UPMPM and the organizers were the Fertile Film Association and the Federation of Argentine-Palestine.
The exhibition of the film, then followed a discussion on its contents and the background that the Israeli aggression has meant to all of Palestine and especially for the Gaza Strip, involving much of the audience, moved by the material presented
